Dear Human Resources manager:

I promote the use of indirection when developing software, the use of pattern simplicity in design, and Simple Project Management methodologies for keeping work processes under control. I employ a humble servant manager approach that removes obstacles so work can be completed. And most importantly the ethics to complete what I promised to do rather then what I wanted to do.

Salesmanship, the humble gift of giving your devotion and service, focuses at all levels. Sales of projects to the development group is only surpassed by the devotion to the client and there needs. Sales continue in all things to support the products ability and its image.

I have the management experience and the software development experience to build any size project.

I have well over 15 years of software development experience including OOP and database.

I documented my IT abilities in object oriented programming and distributed systems by receiving my GVSU Masters in Science degree in 2003. ( so I could teach)

My undergrad is a BS in Mathematics (numerical analysis) other studies include: senior in EE, junior in ME, Physics, Business from Lawrence Tech University.

My favorite products are derived from artificial Intelligence and Nash equilibrium (Economics & Game theory). Using flexible software like REXX to write dynamic software solutions and dynamic data dictionaries is typical in my rapid modeling software techniques.

I use minimalistic solutions like simple pattern use rather that using bulky tools. For example frequently it is better to use a simple set of patterns instead of Spring.

I hope that my project management, engineering, and IT experience is what you need.

    Sincerely,

    Gerald T. Evans
